    We consider certain structures of linear extensions of the dynamical systems on a torus having a single Green's function. The following assertion is true: Theorem. Assume that two systems of differential equations \(d\varphi/dt= a_ i(\varphi)\), \(dx/dt= A_ i(\varphi)x\), \(i= 1,2\), where \(a_ i(\varphi)\in C_{\text{Lip}}({\mathcal T}_ m)\), \(A_ i(\varphi)\in C^ 0({\mathcal T}_ m)\), are weakly regular. Then the system of equations \[ d\varphi/dt= a_ 1(\varphi),\quad d\psi/dt= a_ 2(\psi), \] \[ dx/dt= [A_ 2(\psi)+ (A_ 1(\varphi)+ A^*_ 1(\varphi))/2- B(\varphi,\psi)] x+ [A^*_ 2(\psi)+ A_ 1(\varphi)] y, \] \[ dy/dt= [-A_ 2(\psi)+ (A_ 1(\varphi)+ A^*_ 1(\varphi))/2+ B(\varphi,\psi)] x- A^*_ 2(\psi)y,\tag{*} \] \[ dz/dt= [A_ 2(\psi)+ (A^*_ 1(\varphi)- A_ 1(\varphi))/2+ B(\varphi,\psi)] x- [A_ 1(\varphi)+ A^*_ 2(\psi)] y- A^*_ 1(\varphi)z \] is regular; here, \(B(\varphi,\psi)\in C^ 0({\mathcal T}_ m\times {\mathcal T}_ m)\) is an arbitrary fixed matrix satisfying the inequality \[ \langle B(\varphi,\psi) x,x\rangle\geq \beta_ 0\| x\|^ 2,\qquad \beta_ 0= \text{const }>0. \] In other words, system (*) possesses a unique \(3n\times 3n\)-dimensional Green's function \(G_ 0(\tau,\varphi,\psi)\) with the exponential estimate.
