This paper concerns a certain nonautonomous competitive Lotka-Volterra system of integro-differential equations with infinite delay. Sufficient conditions for uniform stability and asymptotic stability of solutions are investigated. These limiting equations are used to obtain the existence of asymptotically periodic solutions of the corresponding system of equations, where lower limit in the integral is zero.
