Let \(\Omega\) be a bounded domain in \(\mathbb{C}^ n\). We prove that if at every point on the boundary there is a neighborhood \(U\) where we can find a holomorphic tangential vector field whose Levi-form is nonnegative, then \(\overline \partial\) has a closed range from \(L^ 2_{(p,n - 2)} (\Omega)\) to \(L^ 2_{(p,n - 1)} (\Omega)\). We also prove that if the Levi-form can be split into blocks with an \((n-q)\) minor being positive semi-definite, and with some extra assumptions, then \(\overline \partial\) has closed range from \(L^ 2_{(p,q - 1)} (\Omega)\) to \(L^ 2_{(p,q)} (\Omega)\) for \(q \geq n - m\).
