Two theorems concerning Zassenhaus groups of odd degree \(n+1\) have been proved by \textit{M. Suzuki} [in Ann. Math., II. Ser. 75, 105-145 (1962; Zbl 0106.24702)] using the following result of W. Feit: If \(G\) is a Zassenhaus group of odd degree \(n+1\), then \(n=2^f\) for some \(f>0\). In the paper under review, both theorems are reproved independently of this result. For details the reader should consult the paper itself.
