Here the author studies a class of functions called ``bibasic analytic functions''. He constructs a suitable lattice for such functions which involves two unconnected bases \(p\) and \(q\) to define complex valued functions \(f(z)\) only over its points. Also discrete bibasic hypergeometric function is introduced by using discrete power \(z^{(n)} \)''. One of the results obtained is: If \(\{f_n\}\) is a pointwise convergent sequence of `bibasic analytic' functions in \(B\) with limit \(f\), then (i) \(f\) is bibasic analytic in \(B\), and (ii) \(\lim_{n\to \infty} Df_n (z)= df(z)\), \(z\in B\).
