Consider the Dirichlet and the random Dirichlet series \[ f(s)= \sum^\infty_{n=0} \alpha_n e^{-\lambda_ns},\quad f(s,\omega)= \sum^\infty_{n=0} \alpha_n Z_n(\omega)e^{-\lambda_ns}, \] where \(0=\lambda_0<\lambda_1<\cdots< \lambda_n\uparrow+\infty\), \[ \varlimsup_{n\to\infty} {\log n\over \lambda_n}= 0,\quad \varlimsup_{n\to\infty} {\log n\over|u_n|}<\gamma\in (0,1), \] and \(\{Z_n(\omega)\}\) is a random \(N\)-sequence. Let \(P=\{s= \sigma+ it\mid \sigma>0,t\in R\}\) and \(\rho(\sigma)= \sigma^\alpha\) \((\alpha>1-\gamma>0)\). The linear space formed by all the holomorphic functions \(f(s)\) in \(P\) for which \[ D_\rho(f)= \sum^\infty_{n=1} \lambda^2_n|\alpha_n|^2\int^\infty_0 e^{-(2\lambda_n+1)}\rho(\sigma)d\sigma<\infty \] is called a Dirichlet space of type \(\rho(\sigma)\) denoted by \(D_\rho\). The author proves that (1) if \(f(s)\in\text{Lip }\gamma\) in \(P\), then \(f(s)\in D_\rho\); (2) if \[ \varlimsup_{n\to\infty} {\log^+|\alpha_n|\lambda_n\over \log\lambda_n}= \gamma, \] then \(f(s,\omega)\in\text{Lip }\gamma\) in \(P\) a.s. and \(f(s,\omega)\in D_\rho\) a.s.; (3) if \(\psi(s)\in D_\rho\) and \(f(s,\omega)\in D_\rho\) a.s., where \(\rho(\sigma)= \sigma^\alpha\) \((1>\alpha>1-\gamma>0)\), then \(\psi(s)f(s,\omega)\in D_\rho\) a.s.
