The system is \[ \dot x= Ax+Bu,\quad y=Cx, \] where \(x\), \(u\), \(y\) are multivariable. A. S. Morse in 1973 presented a list of some integers and polynomials which are the complete invariants of a triple \((C,A,B)\) under changes of coordinates of the state, input and output and moreover under state feedback and output injection. The main result of the authors are concerned when \((C,A,B)\) is right-invertible. They presented a new semi-canonical form for such a system and shown under which conditions the form is canonical.
