It was shown by \textit{V. A. Vassiliev} [Lagrange and Legendre characteristic classes, Adv. Stud. Contemp. Math., N. Y. Vol. 3 (1988; Zbl 0715.53001)] that it is impossible to define an integral invariant of a Lagrangian mapping which is calculated in terms of the singularities \(D_4^\pm\). Nevertheless, it can be done if we restrict ourselves to the class of pseudo-optical manifolds. The author proves: Theorem. The algebraic number of the singularities \(D^\pm_4\) of the pseudo-optical 3-fold \(L\) counted with their signs \(d(L)=\#D_4^{++}- \#D_4^{+-}+ \#D_4^{-+}- \#D^{--}_4\) is an invariant of the isotopy class of immersed pseudo-optical Lagrangian submanifolds of \(T^*M\). Proposition. \(d(L)=4\). In particular the caustic of \(L\) has at least 4 points of singularity \(D_4^\pm\).
