The paper deals with a system of functional differential equations with infinite delay \[ du/dt=Au(t)+F(t,x_t) \tag{E} \] on a phase space \({\mathcal B}={\mathcal B}((-\infty ,0];X)\), \(X\) is a Banach space. The existence of almost periodic solutions of (E) is studied under some stability assumptions.
