The author considers two boundary value problems for the loaded partial differential equation of mixed-parabolic type \[ au_{xx}+ bu_x+ cu=\text{sign }x\cdot|x|^m\overline u_y+ f(x,y), \] in the domain \(\Omega= \{(x,y): \alpha<x<\beta\), \(0<y<T\}\) of the Euclidean plane, where \(\alpha<0\), \(\beta>0\), \(a>0\), \(m>0\), \(T\), \(b\), and \(c\) are constants, \(f(x,y)\in C\) \((\overline\Omega= \Omega\cup\partial\Omega)\), the function \(u(x,y)\) is real and continuous on \(\overline\Omega\), and \(\overline u={1\over\beta-\alpha} \int^\beta_\alpha u(x,y)dx\) is the mean value of \(u(x,y)\) with respect to the independent variable \(x\).
