On the near-ring counterpart of the matrix ring isomorphism \(M_{mn}(R)\cong M_ n(M_ m(R))\) (Q1364282)

The author of this paper was one of the first to work on matrix near-rings as defined by the reviewer and \textit{A. P. J. van der Walt} [Arch. Math. 47, 312-319 (1986; Zbl 0611.16025)]\ and has made substantial contributions to this subject. In this paper, he continues his work by showing that \(M_{mn}(R)\) is isomorphic to \(M_n(M_m(R))\), where \(M_n(R)\) is the \(n\times n\) matrix near-ring over the near-ring \(R\). The proof involves the construction of the isomorphism and is a difficult and involved piece of work.
