[For part I see the preceding review.] As one would expect from the title, this paper continues a previous one (to appear in Trans. Am. Math. Soc.). There the first author extended his techniques used to study certain degenerate principal series of \(U(n,n)\) to certain representations of its double cover called Howe quotients, which live inside an appropriate oscillator representation. The Howe quotients are defined using the reductive dual pair \((U(p,q),U(n,n))\) in \(Sp(4(p+q)n,\mathbb R)\). Here the authors play the same game using the dual pair \((O(p,q),Sp(2n,\mathbb R))\), obtaining two new families of Howe quotients, which they proceed to analyze along the lines of the first author's earlier work on certain degenerate principal series representations of \(Sp(2n,\mathbb R)\) [Compos. Math. 103, 123-151 (1996; Zbl 0857.22010)].
