Theory of microcubes (Q1367616)

Synthetic differential geometry and the category of microlinear spaces being susceptible of quantization are pertinent to theoretical physics. The present paper generalizes results in this context of \textit{A. Kock} and \textit{R. Lavendhomme} [Cah. Topologie Géom. Différ. 25, 311-324 (1984; Zbl 0564.18009)], cf. also \textit{I. Moerdijk} and \textit{G. E. Reyes} [``Connections on microlinear spaces'', Rapport de recherches, DMS 85-3, Univ. de Montréal (1985)] on iterated tangents, from microsquares to microcubes (i.e., from two to three dimensions) probing into the Jacobi identity on Lie brackets of vector fields, as well as a synthetic version of Bianchi's first identity for a given torsion-free connection.
