The article under review and another paper [Northeast Math. J. 12, 402-406 (1996; see the following review)] are plagiats of the article of \textit{X. Xu} [J. Algebra 185, 905-934 (1996; Zbl 0863.17003)]. In correspondence with the editor of Zentralblatt, X. Xu states that H. Chen has received his 1994 preprint and meanwhile has written a letter of excuse. Because of delay in publication, Xu's paper was only published in 1996. The reviewer for Zentralblatt of these two articles, \textit{H. F. Smith}, gave evidence for this case of plagiarism.
