The paper is concerned with complex Poisson brackets associated with nondegenerate \(\partial\)-closed (2,0)-forms \(\omega\) on a complex manifold \(M,\) i.e. brackets on the algebra of all smooth complex valued functions \({\mathcal E}(M)=C^\infty(M,{\mathbb{C}})\), given in local holomorphic coordinates \(z=(z^i)\) by \[ \{ f,g\}(z,\bar z)=\sum c^{kl}(z,\bar z){\partial f\over \partial z^k}{\partial g\over\partial z^l}, \] where the skew-symmetric (functional) matrix \((c^{kl})\) is invertible. The author proves a result which states that every isomorphism \(\phi:{\mathcal E}(M_1)\rightarrow{\mathcal E}(M_2)\) between the above Poisson brackets on the algebras of functions on complex Poisson manifolds \((M_i,\omega_i)\), \(i=1,2\), is generated by a biholomorphic map \(\psi:M_2\rightarrow M_1\) such that \(\omega_2=\psi^*\omega_1\). The methods used are similar to those developed by \textit{C. J. Atkin} and \textit{J. Grabowski} [Compos. Math. 76, 315-349 (1990; Zbl 0718.53025)] in the case of real symplectic manifolds.
