The operator \[ \Xi^Q_{Y, Z,A}= -{d^2\over dx^2}+ \sum_{x_n\in X} a_n\delta'(x- x_n)+ \sum_{x_n\in Z}a_n\delta(x- x_n)+ Q(x), \] where \(Q(x)\) is a real-valued function, \(X=\{x_n\}^\infty_{-\infty}\) is an increasing sequence of real numbers, is considered. For \(a_n= 0\) the operator coincides with the ordinary Schrödinger operator. Its spectral properties for any \(\{a_n\}^\infty_{-\infty}\) (selfadjointness, localization, structure of the spectrum) are studied. Resolvent comparability is also investigated.
