The linear differential games of approach under integral constraint on controls of the first player and geometric constraint on controls of the second player are considered. The goal of the first player is in a finite time to bring a trajectory of the process to the origin for any counteraction of the second player. A way for constructing a positional strategy of the first player solving this problem is presented under suitable conditions.
