    The singular integral equation \[ a\varphi+b [(S+M)P_i \varphi=f\tag{1} \] is considered in the space \(H^\mu(\Gamma)\), where \(\Gamma=\{t: |t|<1\}\), \[ (S\varphi)(t)= \frac{1}{\pi i}\int_\Gamma \frac{\varphi(\tau)}{\tau-1} d\tau, \qquad (M\varphi) (t)= \frac{1}{\pi i}\int_\Gamma m(\tau,t) d\tau, \] \((W\varphi)(t)= \varphi(\varepsilon_1t)\), \(\varepsilon_1=\exp (2\pi i/n)\) (\(n\) is a positive integer), \(m(\tau,t)\) satisfies the Hölder condition on \(\Gamma\times \Gamma\) and \(P_i= \frac1n \sum_{j=1}^n \varepsilon_i^{n- 1-j} W^{j+1}\) \((i,j=1,\dots, n)\), \(a(t)= \prod_{i=1}^m (t- \alpha_i)^{r_i} s(t)\), \(\alpha_i\in \Gamma\), \(r_i\), \(i=1,2,\dots, m\) and \(S(t)\neq 0\) on \(\Gamma\) by a reduction to a system of equations without the rotation \(W\). In general (1) has been studied by the reviewer [Equations with transformed argument. An algebraic approach, Elsevier, Amsterdam (1973; Zbl 0271.47008)].
