The authors consider an antenna formed by a homogeneous dielectric torus excited by a magnetic dipole on its axis. The problem is reduced to the solution of an integral equation of the second kind over the torus cross section. A numerical solution is obtained by the Galerkin method and the results of numerical calculations are given for a number of cases. It is pointed out that the application of the method is limited by available computer power to antennas with lenses of volume \(V> 10\lambda^3\) where \(\lambda\) is the wave length.
