Quasiconformal mappings on Carnot groups and their applications (Q1377954)

The purpose of the article is to investigate certain problems of the theory of quasiconformal mappings on Carnot groups. The author shows that, similar to the theory of quasiconformal mappings in the Euclidean space, the degrees of Jacobians of quasiconformal mappings form a class of weight functions for which the Sobolev and Poincaré weight inequalities are valid. The latter circumstance allows one to extend Moser's iteration techniques for proving the regularity of solutions to a certain class of hypoelliptic equations and their nonlinear analogues.
