The author presents results about spectral properties of the Schrödinger operator with a potential \(Q(x)\) describing \(\delta'\) interaction, i.e. the standard Sturm-Liouville operator in the Hilbert space with dense domain which consists of the functions \(f\) that satisfy the conditions: \(f'(x_n +0) = f'(x_n -0)\), \(f(x_n+0) - f(x_n-0) = a_nf(x_n)\) for every \(x_n\). For \(a_n = \infty\), this system is equivalent to the Neumann boundary condition \(f(x_n) =0\).
