The author studies pendulum type equations and their solution characteristics. Specifically, it is shown that there are invariant tori which break into invariant cantori and that they coexist in pendulum type equations. The paper is abstract and theoretical but it is well written and could be of interest and use to theorists working with dynamical systems.
