The author shows that, for \(d \geq 2\), all the boundary points but the vertices of a \(d\)-zonotope \(Z\) in \(E^d\) can be illuminated by \(2^{d-1}\) source-points in \(E^d -Z\), and he conjectures that this statement remains true if the word \(d\)-zonotope is replaced by convex \(d\)-polytope. Then the author shows that if \(P\) is a convex polyhedron with a plane of symmetry then all its boundary points but the vertices can be illuminated by 6 source-points in \(E^d - P\).
