Let \(\Omega\) be an exterior domain in \(\mathbb{R}^n, n\geqslant 3\), with a smooth boundary. The stationary Navier-Stokes system is considered \[ \begin{aligned} -&\Delta v+v\cdot\nabla v+\nabla p=\text{div} F,\quad \nabla\cdot v=0 \quad \text{in \;} \Omega,\\&v=0 \quad \text{on }\partial \Omega,\quad \lim_{|x|\to\infty}v(x)=0.\end{aligned} \] Here \(F(x)=\bigl(F_j^i(x)\bigr)_{i,j=1,...,n}\) is a given tensor. The existence and uniqueness of a weak solution to the system is obtained in Lorentz spaces of functions under the condition of smallness of \(F\) in a suitable norm. Some regularity of the solution is established too.
