The author presents a generalized electrodynamics allowing both electric and magnetic currents as well as massive photons. Torsion is included for which the connection is non-symmetric. The theory is discussed based on three parts of the connection, namely, the metric, the non-metric and the contortion parts. It is shown that electric, magnetic currents and the massive photons can coexist within the proposed framework. Finally, in the limiting case (zero torsion and zero photon mass) one obtains the ordinary Einstein-Maxwell theory.
