The authors demonstrate that the potentials \(U(x) = q(x) - ip(x)\) of the Dirac operator are almost-periodic in the case when lacunas in the spectrum can have finite condensation points. This is a kind of generalization of a similar result earlier proven for the Sturm-Liouville operator with almost-periodic finite and infinite-gap potentials [see, e.g., \textit{B. M. Levitan} and \textit{A. V. Savin}, Sov. Math., Dokl. 29, 541-544 (1984); translation from Dokl. Akad. Nauk SSSR 276, 539-542 (1984; Zbl 0586.34019)].
