Assume that \(B_i\), \(i=1,2\), are Banach spaces. Let \(\text{End}(B_i)\) denote the Banach algebra of all bounded endomorphisms of \(B_i\), \(\text{Comp}(B_i)\) be the closed bilateral ideal of completely continuous operators. Moreover, let \({\mathfrak B}\) be a Banach algebra with unit \(I_{\mathfrak B}\). In this paper, the authors consider the Banach algebra \[ \text{End}(B_1, B_2)= \Bigl\{(A_1, A_2): A_i\in B_i,\;i= 1,2, A_1\bigl|_{B_1\cap B_1}= A_2\bigr|_{B_1\cap B_2}\Bigr\} \] with the natural operations and the norm equal to \(\max\{\| A_1\|,\| A_2\|\}\) and the closed bilateral ideal \[ \text{Comp}(B_1, B_2)= \{(A_1, A_2): A_i\in \text{Comp}(B_i),\;i=1,2\} \] in \(\text{End}(B_1, B_2)\). The main results of this paper are theorems given in Part 4 and the following Theorem 5.1: If \(Y\) is a compact set, \(p_i>1\). \(\Phi_i\in C(Y,{\mathfrak B}^{n,m}_{p_i})\), \(i= 1,2\) and \(s_{p_1}(\Phi_1(y))= s_{p_2}(\Phi_2(y))\) then there exist \(\Phi_i'\in C(Y,{\mathfrak B}^{n,m}_{p_i})\) such that \(\Phi_1'- \Phi_2'\in C(Y,\text{Comp}(L^{n,m}_{p_i}))\) and \((\Phi_1'(y),\Phi_2'(y))\in \text{End}(L^{n,m}_{p_1}, L^{n,m}_{p_2})\), \(y\in Y\), and moreover, under some additional assumptions, three conditions \(\alpha\), \(\beta\), \(\gamma\) are fulfilled.
