This work describes new criteria for the existence of bounded solutions to systems of differential equations with a homogeneous right-hand side principal at infinity. These criteria cover the cases when the topological index of the vector field is zero. The results obtained are based on analyzing a set of systems of equations with a continuous and positively homogeneous right-hand side that do not have nonzero solutions bounded on the entire axis. The set of the right-hand sides of these systems form a topological space with the topology of uniform convergence on the unit ball. The homological type of this space is determined and its connected components are described.
