Let \(P(z)\) be a polynomial of degree \(n\) having all its zeros in \(| z|\leq k<1\). It is known that for every \(q>0\) the following inequality \[ n\Biggl\{ \int_0^{2\pi} \biggl| \frac{P(e^{i\theta})} {P'(e^{i\theta})} \biggr|^q d\theta \Biggr\}^{1/q}\leq \Biggl\{ \int_0^{2\pi} | 1-Ke^{i\theta} |^q d\theta \Biggr\}^{1/q} \] is valid. In this paper the above result is generalized to the case of polynomials \[ P(z)= a_nz^n+ \sum_{j=\mu}^n a_{n-j} z^{n-j}, \qquad 1\leq \mu\leq n, \] having all zeros in \(| z|\leq K<1\). In this case the following inequality \[ n\Biggl\{ \int_0^{2\pi} \biggl| \frac{P(e^{i\theta})} {P'(e^{i\theta})} \biggr|^q d\theta \Biggr\}^{1/q}\leq \Biggl\{ \int_0^{2\pi} | 1-K^q e^{i\theta} |^q d\theta \Biggr\}^{1/q} \] holds. The result is the best possible when \(n\) is a multiple of \(\mu\). The extremal polynomial has a form \[ P(z)= (z^\mu+ K^q)^{n/\mu}. \] Some other results and interesting corollaries are also investigated.
