On stability of the military-strategic equilibrium of ``multipole peace'' (Q1386971)

The authors propose an approach for the study of the fundamental stability of a military-strategic equilibrium of a system of parties, in the case of \(n\geq 3\), with different interests. The approach is based on ideas and results of mathematical stability and control theory. The publication contains three sections: ``1. Military-strategic equilibrium of a multipole peace; 2. The program system of operative study of military strategic equilibrium; 3. The stability of the armament dynamics of `mutipole peace'.'' The authors hope that the application of the mathematical theory of stability and control theory can be useful in the general study of the fundamental problem of strategic stability.
