The asymptotic behaviour of the solutions of the nonlinear functional integrodifferential equation of the form \[ \begin{aligned} [a(t)b(x(t))\phi(x^{(n)}(t))\psi(x'(t))]' +\int_\alpha^\beta \overline H(t,\xi, x(t),x(h_1(t,\xi)),\dots,x(h_m(t,\xi))) d\eta(\xi) \\ = \int_\alpha^\beta \overline R(t,\xi, x(t),x'(r_1(t,\xi)),\dots,x'(r_m(t,\xi))) d\eta(\xi),\end{aligned} \] where \(\eta:[\alpha,\beta]\to R\) is a nondecreasing function is considered. It is shown that under some conditions on the real-valued continuous functions \(a\), \(b\), \(\phi\), \(\psi\), \(h_i\), \(r_i\), \(i=1,2,\dots,m\), \(\overline H\), \(\overline R\) the non-oscillatory solutions of this equation have the asymptotic behaviour of the type \(\lim_{t\to +\infty} x(t) =c\) with some real constant \(c\). For the cases \(c=0\) and \(c\not = 0\) the necessary conditions for the existence of the corresponding non-oscillatory solution are given in terms of the Lebesgue measure. Some sufficient conditions for the oscillation of any solution of this equation are also established.
