On \(\alpha\)-stability criteria of nonlinear systems with multiple time delays (Q1389028)

The authors study nonlinear functional-differential systems with constant delays of the type \[ \dot x(t)=A_0(t)x(t)+\sum_{k=1}^m g_k(., x(t-\tau_k) \] where \(\tau_k\) are the delays, \(A_0(t)\) is a variable matrix, and \(g_k\) are the nonlinearities with bounded Jacobians. Stability conditions are derived. They are based on the Lozinskii logarithm norm (a matrix measure).
