It is considered the system of differential equations \[ \dot{x} = X(t,x), \tag{1} \] where \(X\) is a continuous function \(X:\mathbb{R}_{+}\times \mathbb{R}^{n}\to \mathbb{R}^{n}\) satisfying in every finite domain the Lipschitz condition \((X\in \text{Lip}(n,n))\) with respect to \(x\) with a constant independent of the time \(t; f(t,0)\equiv 0\). It is introduced the limit system \(\dot{x}= \varphi(t,x)\), \(\varphi\in\Phi[X]\), where \(\Phi[X]\) is a family of limit functions \(\varphi: \mathbb{R}_{+}\times \mathbb{R}^{n}\to \mathbb{R}^{n}\), \(\varphi(t,x) =\lim_{k\to\infty}X(t+t_{k},x), t_{k}\to +\infty. \) The main result is reduced to the theorem: Let for system (1) exist a Lyapunov function of constant sign \(V(t,x)\in \text{Lip}(n,1)\) such that for all \((t,x)\in \mathbb{R}_{+}\times \mathbb{R}^{n}\) the following conditions are fulfilled: 1. \(\dot{V}(t,x)\leq -W(t,x)\leq 0, W(t,x)\in \text{Lip}(n,1)\); 2. the solution \(x=0\) is globally asymptotically stable with respect to the set of limit zeros of the function \(V(t,x)\) and the family of limit systems; 3. for an arbitrary limit triple \(\{\varphi,V_{\varphi},W_{\varphi}\}\) and any number \(c>0\) the set \(N(c,\varphi)=\{(t,x):W_{\varphi}(t,x)=0\), \(V_{\varphi}(t,x)= c\}\) does not contain whole positive semitrajectories of the corresponding limit system; 4. all solutions \(x(t,x_{0},t_{0})\) to (1) are bounded for \(t\geq t_{0}\) uniformly with respect to \((t_{0},x_{0}).\) Then the zero solution to (1) is uniformly asymptotically stable in the whole.
