The authors prove \(L^p(\mathbb R^n)\)-boundedness, \(1<p<\infty\), of maximal oscillatory singular integrals \(T_{\mathcal P,\lambda}^*f(x)\) and \(I_{\mathcal P}^*f(x)\) defined by \[ \begin{aligned} &T_{\mathcal P,\lambda}^*f(x)=\sup_{\varepsilon>0}\bigg| \int_{ y\in\mathbb R^k,| y| >\varepsilon}e^{i\lambda\Phi(y)}K(y)f(x-\mathcal P(y)) dy\bigg| ,\quad \text{\(\lambda\in\mathbb R\) fixed},\\ \text{and by} &I_{\mathcal P}^*f(x) =\sup_{\varepsilon>0}\bigg| \int_{ y\in\mathbb R^k,| y| >\varepsilon}e^{i\lambda\Phi(y)}R(y)f(x-\mathcal P(y)) dy\bigg| ,\quad \lambda=1,\\ \end{aligned} \] respectively, where \(\mathcal P(y)=(P_1(y),\dots,P_n(y))\) is a polynomial mapping from \(\mathbb R^k\) to \(\mathbb R^n\) (i.e., each \(P_j\), \(j=1,\dots,n\), is a polynomial on \(\mathbb R^k\)), \(\Phi\in C^\infty(\mathbb R^k\setminus\{0\})\) is a suitable real-valued function, \(K(y)\) is a Calderón-Zygmund kernel on \(\mathbb R^k\) and \(R(y)=\Omega(y)| y| ^{-k}\) with \(\Omega\in L^q(S^{k-1})\), \(q>1\), satisfying \(\int_{S^{k-1}}\Omega(y') d\sigma(y')=0\) (as usual \(S^{k-1}\) is the unit sphere in \(\mathbb R^k\) with induced Lebesgue measure \(d\sigma\)). Results on boundedness of \(T_{\mathcal P,\lambda}^*f\) extend the paper \textit{D. Fan} and \textit{Y. Pan} [Stud. Mat. 114, No. 2, 105-116 (1995; Zbl 0886.42008)] where corresponding oscillatory singular integrals for \(n=k\), \(\mathcal P(y)=(y_1,\dots,y_n)\) and \(\lambda=1\) or \(\lambda=0\) were studied. In \textit{D. Fan} and \textit{Y. Pan} [Am. J. Math. 119, No. 4, 799-839 (1997; Zbl 0899.42002)] the operators \(I_\mathcal P^*\) with \(\lambda=0\) and more general kernels \(R\) were investigated.
