By means of the theory of finitely-smooth normal forms [\textit{Y. S. Il'yashenko} and \textit{S. Y. Yakovenko} [Russ. Math. Surv. 46, No. 1, 1-43 (1991); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 46, No. 1(227), 3-39 (1991; Zbl 0729.58012)] and methods of infinitesimal analysis the authors prove that the cyclicity of the planar codimension 3 polycycle \(S^{(2)}\) is three and give the complete bifurcation diagram.
