The properties of curvilinear 4-webs whose 3-subwebs are not hexagonal and such that the cross ratio of tangents to the web lines is constant are considered. In particular, these webs have equal curvature forms of its 3-subwebs [\textit{V. V. Goldberg}, Webs and Quasigroups (Tver State Univ.), 9-19 (1993; Zbl 0792.53010)]. The results are generalized for \((n+2)\)-webs on \(n\)-dimensional manifolds. The proofs are based on the notion of ``fake billiard'' introduced by the author.
