The main results include some convergence rate estimates in the mesh \(W_2^1\)-norm for the difference solution to the third boundary value problem of elasticity theory under the assumption that the coefficients of the source problem and its solution belong to Sobolev spaces. The estimate of the approximation error is based on the well-know technique that employs the generalized Bramble-Hilbert lemma.
