    The author uses the Hörmander existence theorem for solutions of the \(\overline\partial\)-problems and a generalization of the uniqueness theorem for solutions of the Watson problem to obtain some interpolation theorems of entire functions with limited growth conditions. Let \(v(x)\) be a function defined on \([0, +\infty)\) and there exist two positive constants \(\varepsilon\) and \(A\) such that \[ v(y)- v(x) \geq\varepsilon(\log y - \log x) - A,\quad y > x \geq 1. \tag{1} \] (The symbol A is used for the large enough, positive constant, not necessarily the same at each occurrence). Let \(k(r)\) be a continuous function on \([0, + \infty)\) such that \[ |k(R)-k(r)|\leq A(\log R-\log r)+A,\quad R>r\geq 1. \tag{2} \] Let \(d\) be a real number and \(W(v, k, d)\) be the set of such functions \(f(z)\) which are holomorphic in the half-plane \({\mathbb C}_+ = \{z = x + iy : x> 0\}\), continuous in the closed half plane cl\(({\mathbb C}_+) = \{z = x + iy : x \geq 0\}\) such that the following condition \[ |f(z)|\leq A \exp\{Ax + xv(x) - xk(r) + d|y|\} \] holds for \(z \in {\mathbb C}_+\), where \(r = |z|\). It is noted that if \(f\in W(v, k, n)\), \(f(n) = 0\) for \(n\in\mathbb N\), and the following uniqueness condition \[ \int_1^\infty S(k(r))r^{-2} dr = +\infty \tag{3} \] holds for \(W(v,k,n)\), where \(S(t) = \sup\{xt - xv(x) : x\geq 0\}\), then \(f \equiv 0\) on \({\mathbb C}_+\). The following theorems are established: Theorem 1. Suppose the functions \(k(r)\) and \(v(x)\) both satisfy (1)--(3). If \(f\in W(v,k,n)\) and \(\sum_1^{+\infty}|f(n)|^2<+\infty\) then there are an entire function \(h(z)\) and a function \(f_1(z)\) which is analytic in \({\mathbb C}_+\) such that \(f(z) =f_1(z)\sin\pi z + h(z)\), \(z\in{\mathbb C}_+\), \(h(0) = 0\), \(h(n) =f(n)\), \(h(-n) = 0\), \(n\in\mathbb N\), and the following inequalities \(|f_1(z)\leq A(1 + |z|^2)\), \( z\in{\mathbb C}_+\), \(|h(z)|\leq A(1+ |z|^2)e^{\pi|y|}\), \(z\in{\mathbb C}\), are valid. Theorem 2. Suppose that the functions \(k(r) + \log^+ r\) and \(v(x)\) satisfy (1)--(3) with \(k(r)\) replaced by \(k(r) + \log^+ r\). If \(f\in W(v,k,\pi/2)\) and \(\sum_1^{+\infty}|f(n)|^2/(n!)^2<+\infty\) then there exist an entire function \(h(z)\) and a function \(f_1(z)\) which is analytic in \({\mathbb C}_+\) such that \(f(z) =f_1(z)\Gamma(1 + z) \sin\pi z + h(z)\), \(z\in{\mathbb C}_+\), \(h(n)=f(n)\), \(n\in\mathbb N\), and the following inequalities \(|f_1(z)|\leq A(1 + |z|^2)\), \(z\in{\mathbb C}_+,\) \(h(z)\leq A(1+|z|^2)|\Gamma(1+z)|e^{\pi|y|}\), \(z\in\mathbb C\) are valid.
