Equivariant Euler characteristics of discriminants of reflection groups. (Q1397698)

Let \(G\) be a finite complex reflection group acting on a complex vector space \(V\). Let \(C_m\) be a cyclic group and \(\Gamma=G\times C_m\). Let \(f\) be an unreduced discriminant polynomial of degree \(m\) and \(F\) its Milnor fibre. The main result that the authors obtain is a formula for the Euler characteristic \(\chi_\Gamma(F)\). They also give a formula for the orbifold Euler characteristic of \(F\).
