    In 1966 P. Koosis received global estimate for polynomials with the property \[ \sum_{n=-\infty}^{\infty} \frac{\log^+ p(n) }{n^2+1}\leq \eta. \] Then P. Koosis and the author investigate such type of questions. Here the author proves the following. Theorem. Suppose that \(\Lambda={\lambda_n}\) is a real sequence satisfying \( \lambda_n-n \leq L\), \(\lambda_{n+1}-\lambda_n \geq \delta\). For any \(A_0<\pi\) and \(\varepsilon >0\) there is \(\eta_0>0\) such that for any \(\eta\leq \eta_0\) is a constant \(C_\eta>0\) with the property that \[ f(z) \leq C_\eta \exp(A y +\varepsilon z) \] for all complex \(z\) and all entire functions \(f\) of exponential type \(\sigma \leq A \leq A_0\) satisfying \[ \sum_{n=-\infty}^{\infty} \frac{\log^+ f(\lambda_n) }{\lambda^2_n+1}\leq \eta. \]
