Let \({\mathcal C}onv\) denote the category of convexors. In Part I [\textit{S. N. Tronin}, ibid., 38--46 (2002; Zbl 1040.18006)] the author proves that \({\mathcal C}onv\) is the category of algebras over an \({\mathcal {FS}}et\)-operad, a generalization of the notion of an operad. He introduces a tensor product of convexors and shows that \(({\mathcal C}onv,\otimes)\) is a symmetric monoidal closed category. The present paper studies operads and algebras in a \({\mathcal C}onv\)-enriched setting. The author recalls the operad \({\mathcal C}_\Sigma\), whose algebras are commutative, possibly non-unital ring convexors. He defines the operads \(SM(X)\) of multidimensional stochastic matrices on \(X\), \(DSM(X)\) of doubly stochastic multidimensional matrices, \(SBM(X)\) of Boolean stochastic matrices, all of which are \({\mathcal C}onv\)-enriched, and gives examples of algebras over those. He then recalls the notions of free operads, operads given by generators and relations, and free algebras over those in the enriched setting and specifies the underlying convexors. The paper ends with a characterisation of those categories of algebras of convexors which are categories of algebras over an operad in \({\mathcal C}onv\).
