This paper considers a generalization of the theory of Morita contexts to the case of complete linearly topological right modules over complete right linearly topological rings. The author introduces the notion of a dense topological Morita context for two complete right linearly topological rings (Definitions 2.1 and 4.1). It is stated in the main result (Theorem 4.3) that a dense topological Morita context determines an equivalence between the categories \(\text{CLT-}(R,\rho)\) and \(\text{CLT-}(S,\sigma)\) of complete linearly topological \((R,\rho)\)-modules, \((S,\sigma)\)-modules, respectively. In this situation are characterized up to a natural equivalence all functors which give topological equivalences (Theorem 7.2). It is observed (Corollary 4.6) that the equivalence described in Theorem 4.3 induces an equivalence between the categories \(\text{Mod-}(R,\rho)\) and \(\text{Mod-}(S,\sigma)\) of discrete \((R,\rho)\)-modules, \((S,\sigma)\)-modules, respectively. There are introduced the notions of a topological tensor product (Definition 1.1) and of a topological progenerator (Definition 5.5). Related results were obtained in a paper by \textit{E. Gregorio} [Rend. Semin. Mat. Univ. Padova 79, 221-246 (1988; Zbl 0661.16036)] and in the author's paper [J. Algebra 201, No. 1, 167-188 (1998; Zbl 0921.16029)].
