Given a topological space \(X\) acted upon by a finite group \(\Gamma\), one obtains a natural action on the product space \(X^n\) by the wreath product \(\Gamma_n= \Gamma^n\times S_n\) (i.e., the semi-product of \(\Gamma^n\) with the symmetric group \(S_n\)), which is extended trivially to the action of a larger finite supergroup \(\widetilde H\Gamma_n\). Here \(\widetilde H\Gamma_n\) is a double cover of the wreath product \((\Gamma\times \mathbb{Z}_2)^n\times S_n\) and in this paper super always means \(\mathbb{Z}_2\)-graded. The author studies the \(K\)-groups \(K_{\widetilde H\Gamma_n}(X^n)\) of \(\Gamma_n\)-equivariant Clifford supermodules on \(X^n\) and he presents a decomposition theorem in the so-called twisted equivariant \(K\)-theory. He also shows that the direct sum \(F_{\Gamma}(X)= \bigoplus_{n\geq 0} K_{\widetilde H\Gamma_n}(X^n)\otimes \mathbb{C}\) has a Hopf structure and it is isomorphic to the Fock space of a twisted Heisenberg superalgebra. All twisted vertex operators naturally appear in \(F_\Gamma(X)\) in terms of the Adams operations. When \(X\) is a point, the above \(K\)-group becomes the Grothendieck group of spin supermodules of \(\widetilde H\Gamma_n\) and if \(\Gamma\) is trivial, \(\widetilde H\Gamma_n\) reduces to a double cover \(\widetilde H_n\) of the hyperoctahedral group. The algebraic structure of the space \(F_\Gamma(X)\), when \(X\) is a point and \(\Gamma\) is trivial, is shown to be modeled instead on the ring of symmetric functions with a linear basis given by the Schur \(Q\)-functions. As a by-product, the author gives a new construction of \(K\)-theory operations usign the spin representations of the hyperoctahedral groups. Let \(\widetilde S_n\) be the double cover of the symmetric group initiated by Schur and let \(\widetilde\Gamma_n\) be the double cover of the wreath group \(\Gamma_n\). In the Appendix of the paper, the author presents another formulation of the main results in terms of the group \(\widetilde\Gamma_n\) (i.e., using the group \(\widetilde S_n\) and \(\widetilde\Gamma_n\) instead of \(\widetilde H_n\) and \(\widetilde\Gamma_n\)).
