[Part I by the second named author in Invent. Math. 110, 409--418 (1992; Zbl 0779.22006); Part II by the authors of the paper under review in Invent. Math. 138, 203--224 (1999; Zbl 0937.22006)]. The Tits-Koecher-Kantor theory associates with each real semisimple Jordan algebra a distinguished parabolic subgroup of a semisimple Lie group \(G\). In this interesting paper Alexander Dvorsky and Siddhartha Sahi obtain for non-Euclidean Jordan algebras an analogue of the results they had obtained for Euclidean Jordan algebras in their previous papers. This paper is the third in a series of papers with the same title and answers all the questions they had raised in their previous papers on the construction of a family of small unitary representations for the real semisimple Lie groups \(G\) associated with Jordan algebras. The paper concludes with two tables, one on the groups associated with non-Euclidean Jordan algebras along with root multiplicities and the other a list of the corresponding symmetric spaces.
