The question is investigated whether the concept of dynamical chaos is observer-dependent or not. It is shown that under Lorentz transformations chaotic systems stay chaotic while under the transformation from Rindler to Minkowski coordinates of Minkowski space-time chaotic behavior of a system may disappear. Chaotic behavior arises if the system is so sensitive to small changes of initial conditions that its trajectories corresponding to different initial conditions diverse exponentially. This property takes place if the so-called Lyapunov exponents \(\lambda\) and Kolmogorov-Sinai entropy \(h\) are positive. It is shown that under Lorentz transformations, \(\lambda\) and \(h\) are changed, but their positivity (corresponding to chaotic behavior) is preserved. Under Rindler transformation (connecting the reference frame of an inertial observer with the reference frame of a uniformely accelerating one), \(\lambda\) and \(h\) are changed in such a way that systems, which are chaotic for an accelerated Rindler observer, can be nonchaotic for an inertial Minkowski observer. Therefore, the concept of dynamical chaos is observer-dependent.
