On tangent cones to the stability domain of a family of real matrices (Q1406455)

\textit{L. V. Levantovskij} [Usp. Mat. Nauk 35, No. 2(212), 213-214 (1980; Zbl 0436.15005)] provides a description of tangential cones (with precision up to a nondegenerate linear transform) depending on the Jordan structure of the matrix \(A\). In the present paper tangential cones are constructed in the explicit form by means of the first derivatives of the matrix \(A\) with respect to the parameters \(P_j\), \(j=1,2,\dots,n\) and its eigenvectors and associated vectors calculated at the bound ary point under consideration.
