    The paper deals with compact Riemannian pseudomanifolds with conelike isolated singularities and their tangent bundles. Let \(X\) be such a pseudomanifold with isolated singularity \(c\). Then there is a decomposition \[ X= cL \cup X_1 , \] where \(X_1\) is a smooth compact manifold with a boundary \(L\) glued along its boundary with the cone over \(L\) \[ cL= L \times \langle 0, 1 \rangle_{/L \times \{0 \}}. \] The union \[ G=M^- \times M^- \cup T\bar{M}^+ , \] where \(M^-=L \times (-1,0)\) and \(\bar{M}^+=L \times \langle 0,1 \rangle \cup X_1\) is a closure of \(M^+=L \times (0,1\rangle \cup X_1 = X \setminus \{c\}\), is called a tangent bundle of \(X\). The smooth structure on \(G\) is induced by the exponential mappings \[ \exp:(T_y(L \times (-1,1)) , (y,0)) \longrightarrow (L \times (-1,1),y) . \] The main result of the paper is the Poincaré duality between the \(C^\ast\)-algebras \(C^\ast (G)\) and \(C(X)\).
