In the previous work [ibid. 126, 773-829 (2002; Zbl 1015.35023)] the authors have introduced the hypergeometric symbolic calculus. This work is devoted to application of the calculus to the determination of the general solution of degenerate hypergeometric equations in two variables and to the determination of the 20 confluent systems of Appell-Kampé de Fériet and Horn.
