Non-Archimedean quasi-metrizable topological spaces can be characterized in terms of the notion of generalized fractal structure. In this paper, the notion of an ordered fractal semigroup is introduced and ordered non-Archimedean quasi-metric semigroups are characterized by the notion. Thus, ordered fractal semigroups constitute an efficient mathematical model for explaining several computational processes. A characterization of paratopological groups which admit a compatible non-Archimedean left invariant quasi-metric is also obtained. It is proved that the structure of an ordered non-Archimedean quasi-metric semigroup is preserved by quasi-metric bicompletion.
