The paper deals with properties of two-index multivariable Gegenbauer polynomials and certain gereralizations. By means of the connection of these polynomials with the Hermite-Kampé de Fériet polynomials and suitable generalizations the authors derive several properties of the polynomials in consideration, such as addition and duplication theorems.
